The firm's legal costs are always discussed with you, the client, before any work is commenced. In this way, the client can make an informed decision regarding legal costs and plan their budgets accordingly.

Prior to commencing any work on your behalf, where the legal costs are expected to exceed $750.00 then you will be provided with a comprehensive costs disclosure statement which details our costing method and your rights and obligations.

Any client is also entitled to negoitate a separate costs agreement.
